O2 Tech Support has been helping people for over 5 years and we do things a little differently here. We take an honest and upfront approach to tech support by clearly explaining what we're doing before we do it. If you feel unsure about anything or want to know more about something, just ask.

As an O2 Tech Support customer, you're the boss. We'll give you recommendations about how to fix a problem and implement them if and only if you like them. Under no circumstances will you be pressured to buy something you don't want.
